Events and Celebrations
Many photographers do great work at events by controlling everything: studio lighting is set up, people are posed, and the results are completely predictable.
I'm not such a photographer.
For me, the joy of event photography is in capturing interactions among people. The special glance, the knowing smile, the spontaneous laugh ... these are the things life is made of.
